MARCH 2025 /// YOUR BLUEPRINT

Welcome to YOUR custom BLUEPRINT!

This BLUEPRINT is actually created custom for YOU [profilegrid_user_first_name].

[survey_conditions id=”1944718247″ condition=”categoryscore_DRIVER” relation=”highest” filter=”DRIVER, INFLUENCER, SOLUTIONARY,STABILIZER”]

Dear [profilegrid_user_first_name],

This month, we are diving into an intense and powerful theme—”YOUR SUPER HERO LIFE + KRYPTONITE.”

As a DRIVER, you were designed to move. To build. To make things happen. You don’t sit around waiting—you take action. You see what needs to be done, and you get it done. You push forward when others hesitate. You don’t let fear stop you.

This is your superpower. And it is a rare and incredible gift.

But here’s the challenge: Every superhero has their kryptonite.

For you? The very drive that makes you powerful can also be your downfall.

  • Your ability to execute can turn into a refusal to wait on God’s timing.
  • Your boldness can come off as arrogance, causing strain in relationships.
  • Your commitment to results can lead to burnout if you don’t learn to rest.
  • Your tendency to take control can keep you from trusting God fully.

This month, we are not just celebrating your strengths—we’re also confronting your vulnerabilities. Because when you understand both, you become unstoppable in your God-given purpose.

Let’s get into it.

The Call to Drive Forward

God placed a relentless fire in you for a reason. You weren’t made to sit on the sidelines, to wait for someone else to take charge, or to let opportunities pass by. You were designed to build, lead, and advance His Kingdom. You see what needs to be done, and you move—often faster than anyone else.

Your ability to see the destination and take decisive action is a rare and powerful gift. It reflects God’s nature because He is always moving, creating, building, and restoring. His Spirit is always at work, and so are you. You are wired for momentum because you were designed to bring Kingdom impact through movement, execution, and strategy.

Let’s look at how God moves:

  • God is always advancing His Kingdom – Creation itself was a forward-moving act (Genesis 1:1-2).
  • Jesus constantly moved forward in His mission, never distracted by what was behind (Luke 9:62).
  • Paul carried the gospel across nations, driven by the urgency of the call (Acts 20:24).
  • Nehemiah rebuilt a broken city, facing opposition but never backing down (Nehemiah 2-6).

Your gift of drive and action is from God. When submitted to Him, it is unstoppable.

But just like every gift, it comes with responsibility.

The Double-Edged Sword of Drive

Your drive is both your greatest strength and your greatest weakness.

  • It allows you to push through resistance, but it can also cause you to push past wisdom.
  • It helps you bring clarity to confusion, but it can also make you impatient with people who need more time.
  • It makes you a force of action, but it can also cause you to rely on your own strength instead of God’s.

Here’s what you need to understand: Speed is not the same as obedience.

God doesn’t just want you to move fast—He wants you to move correctly. Your instinct is to act first and think later, but true leadership requires discernment. If you run ahead of God, you may find yourself building something He never asked for.

Moses was a leader. He was called to lead Israel out of slavery. But when he acted before God’s timing, he killed a man (Exodus 2:11-15) and had to flee into the wilderness.

Joshua was a warrior. But before he conquered Jericho, God gave very specific instructions—march around the city for seven days (Joshua 6). If he had rushed in and attacked without waiting, he would have failed.

Paul was relentless in his mission. But when he tried to enter Asia, the Holy Spirit stopped him (Acts 16:6-10). If he had pushed through in his own strength, he would have been outside God’s will.

Do you see the pattern? God calls leaders like you. But the ones who have the greatest impact are those who submit their drive to His direction.

The Difference Between Control and Trust

Your nature as a DRIVER makes you want to control outcomes. You see the goal, you see the steps, and you move.

But what happens when things don’t go according to your plan?

  • Do you push harder, believing you can force success through sheer effort?
  • Do you feel frustrated when people don’t move as fast as you?
  • Do you wrestle with God, trying to get Him to bless the plan you’ve already decided on?

The truth is, not everything is meant to be conquered by force. Some things require trust, surrender, and waiting.

Consider Nehemiah. He had a burning vision to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. He was strategic, driven, and bold. But he did something that many DRIVERS struggle to do:

He waited on God.

  • Before taking action, he prayed for four months (Nehemiah 1:4-11).
  • He waited for the right opportunity to approach the king (Nehemiah 2:1-5).
  • When opposition came, he didn’t fight in his own strength—he trusted God’s protection (Nehemiah 4:14-20).

If Nehemiah had rushed ahead, he would have failed. But because he surrendered his plans, timing, and leadership to God, he accomplished what others thought was impossible.

So here’s my challenge to you:

Are you pushing forward in your own strength or partnering with God’s timing?

The Kingdom Perspective on Drive

God does not want to take away your momentum, energy, or leadership. He gave them to you for a reason.

But He does want to refine how you use them.

Here’s what submitted leadership looks like:

  • You still move forward, but you listen before acting.
  • You still take risks, but you follow God’s strategy, not just your own.
  • You still build, but you build what God is blessing—not just what makes sense to you.
  • You still lead boldly, but you slow down when necessary to bring others with you.

When your drive is fully aligned with God, you become unstoppable.

  • David killed Goliath, not because he rushed in foolishly, but because he had confidence in God’s battle plan (1 Samuel 17:45-47).
  • Jesus walked with authority, but He only did what He saw the Father doing (John 5:19).
  • Peter was bold, but his greatest leadership came when he learned to listen to the Holy Spirit (Acts 10:9-20).

You were not meant to lead alone. The Kingdom is not built by force—it is built by obedience.

Key Takeaways for You as a DRIVER

  1. Your ability to move forward is powerful—when it is led by wisdom.
  2. Your greatest victories will come when you surrender control to God.
  3. Your leadership is most effective when it empowers others, not just drives results.
  4. Your work ethic must be balanced with rest, or burnout will become your kryptonite.
  5. Your faith must be bigger than your strategy—because sometimes God’s plan won’t make sense to you.

If everything I just said doesn’t fully resonate with you, that’s okay. No one is just one type. You are a perfect blend of all four types, uniquely designed by God to operate in a specific way.

But if even a part of this challenges you, excites you, or makes you pause and reflect, lean into it.

Your calling is big. Your influence is significant. But you were never meant to carry it all alone.

Your next level isn’t about working harder—it’s about walking in alignment.

So my question for you is this:

Are you moving in step with God, or are you running ahead?

This month, let’s refine your superpower so that it doesn’t become your kryptonite.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT THIS MONTH

Your Superpowers

  • You drive action when others hesitate.
  • You see the goal and make it happen.
  • You lead with confidence and inspire people to follow.

Your Kryptonite

  • Are you running ahead of God’s timing instead of waiting on Him?
  • Are you sacrificing relationships for results?
  • Are you working from striving instead of trusting God’s provision?

This month, reflect on where your ambition needs to be surrendered to God’s bigger plan.

QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER AND THOUGHTS TO PONDER

Two Questions to Reflect On:

  1. Am I moving in alignment with God’s timing, or am I pushing ahead in my own strength?
  2. Where am I sacrificing relationships in pursuit of goals?

Two Motivational Statements:

  • “God doesn’t just want you to build—He wants you to build with Him.”
  • “Your success is not measured by speed, but by obedience.”

ACTION STEPS FOR THE MONTH

  1. Pause Before Making a Major Move: Take one big decision you are facing and pray about it before acting. Ask God for His confirmation, not just your logic.
  2. Invest in a Key Relationship: Identify one person you’ve neglected because of your focus on work and prioritize meaningful time with them this month.
  3. Schedule Intentional Rest: Set one day this month where you intentionally stop striving and trust that God is working even when you’re not.

Final Thoughts

This is your month to step into your superhero life while recognizing your kryptonite. God has designed you for more than just leading—He’s designed you to lead with Him.

I believe in you. And I’m excited to see how you step into this month’s challenge.

Dear [profilegrid_user_first_name],

This month, we are stepping into something powerful—“YOUR SUPER HERO LIFE + KRYPTONITE.” And let me tell you, this is a big one.

As an INFLUENCER, you were designed to be a catalyst. A visionary. A leader. You bring energy into the room, you inspire people to believe in something bigger, and you have a natural ability to mobilize and ignite movement.

This is your superpower. And it is a rare and incredible gift.

But here’s the challenge: Every superhero has their kryptonite.

For you? Your influence is powerful, but when misaligned, it can become self-seeking rather than Kingdom-driven. If you’re not careful, your need for approval can outweigh your obedience to God’s calling. Your passion can lead to burnout if you don’t set healthy boundaries.

This month, we’re not just celebrating your strengths—we’re also confronting your vulnerabilities. Because when you understand both, you become unstoppable in your God-given purpose.

Let’s get into it.

The Call to Influence

You were born to lead, to inspire, to move people toward something bigger than themselves. You have a presence that draws people in—not just because of what you say, but because of who you are. God placed this magnetic, energizing, captivating spirit within you for a reason.

But here’s something important to understand:

Influence is not about being seen. It’s about leading people toward something that matters.

God has always used voices, visionaries, and leaders to shape history:

  • Joseph had a dream that changed the course of an entire nation (Genesis 41).
  • Moses stood before Pharaoh and demanded change (Exodus 5:1).
  • Jesus preached to thousands, but never sought popularity (John 6:26-27).
  • Paul’s words carried across continents, but his mission was never about fame (1 Corinthians 9:16).

You were designed to influence people toward transformation. You were made to cast vision, create excitement, and mobilize movement.

But here’s where it gets tricky…

The Double-Edged Sword of Influence

Influence is powerful. It can build or destroy, unite or divide, bring life or breed confusion.

  • When your influence is led by God, it creates Kingdom impact.
  • When your influence is driven by self, it becomes empty and fleeting.

The greatest danger you face as an INFLUENCER is seeking validation instead of seeking God.

It happens subtly. You start chasing applause instead of chasing obedience. You measure your impact by numbers, likes, followers, or people’s responses instead of being faithful to what God has asked of you.

This is where many fall into the trap of performance over purpose.

Let’s look at Saul—he was anointed king, but he feared people’s opinions more than he feared God (1 Samuel 15:24). He wanted approval over obedience. He let his need to be validated become greater than his call to lead righteously.

David, on the other hand, had the same anointing, the same leadership ability, but he refused to rush God’s timing. He didn’t seize the throne when he had the chance—he waited.

And because he waited, he fulfilled his true purpose.

So my challenge for you is this: Where are you letting external validation dictate your direction instead of God?

The Difference Between Influence and Identity

Your influence is a tool—but it is not your identity.

Many INFLUENCERS wrap their identity in how others perceive them.

  • If people respond well, they feel valuable.
  • If people ignore them, they feel invisible.
  • If they are recognized, they feel important.
  • If they are overlooked, they feel insignificant.

But here’s what you must understand: Your worth is not determined by your visibility.

Jesus was the most influential person in history—but He spent years in obscurity before His ministry began. If God Himself wasn’t in a hurry to be known, why do we think we need to be?

The enemy will always tempt you with this lie: “If people don’t see you, you don’t matter.”

But God’s truth says: “Your impact isn’t measured by how many see you, but by how well you obey Me.”

This is the test of every INFLUENCER.

Can you still be faithful if no one notices?
Can you still pursue purpose even when you aren’t being praised?
Can you still trust that God is positioning you, even when no one else recognizes your value?

Because here’s the truth—when God is ready to elevate you, no one can stop it. But if you elevate yourself before His timing, you will collapse under the weight of a platform that was never built to sustain you.

The Kingdom Perspective on Influence

God does not want to take away your ability to influence, lead, or inspire.

But He does want to purify your motives.

Let’s look at Jesus.

  • He drew crowds but never changed His message to keep them.
  • He spoke hard truths, even when it made people walk away (John 6:60-66).
  • He never sought fame, yet His impact is eternal.

His influence came from obedience, not from a desire to be recognized.

This is the kind of INFLUENCER you are called to be.

  • Your words should shift atmospheres.
  • Your vision should awaken purpose in others.
  • Your presence should reflect the Kingdom—not just personality.

But for that to happen, your influence must be rooted in truth, not performance.

Key Takeaways for You as an INFLUENCER

  1. Your ability to inspire is powerful—when it is led by integrity.
  2. Your greatest impact will come when you seek obedience over applause.
  3. Your leadership must be about transformation, not just attention.
  4. Your visibility does not define your value—your faithfulness does.
  5. Your influence is not for your glory, but for God’s.

If everything I just said doesn’t fully resonate with you, that’s okay. No one is just one type. You are a perfect blend of all four types, uniquely designed by God to operate in a specific way.

But if even a part of this challenges you, excites you, or makes you pause and reflect, lean into it.

You were designed to shape culture, to awaken people to purpose, and to bring momentum to the Kingdom.

But remember—true influence doesn’t come from being seen. It comes from being sent.

So my question for you this month is:

Are you chasing visibility, or are you walking in God’s direction?

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT THIS MONTH

Your Superpowers

  • You energize and inspire—people follow you because your vision is contagious.
  • You create movement and excitement—but be careful not to confuse momentum with depth.
  • You adapt quickly and think fast—but don’t mistake busyness for effectiveness.

Your Kryptonite

  • Are you overcommitting to too many things instead of focusing on the right thing?
  • Are you seeking approval from people instead of anchoring in your identity?
  • Are you starting projects but struggling to follow through on them?

This month, reflect on where your influence is leading you.

QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER AND THOUGHTS TO PONDER

Two Questions to Reflect On:

  1. Am I chasing impact, or am I chasing validation?
  2. Where do I need to focus and finish instead of constantly starting new things?

Two Motivational Statements:

  • “You are called to influence, but true impact comes from obedience, not approval.”
  • “A visionary without focus is just a dreamer. Step into disciplined action.”

ACTION STEPS FOR THE MONTH

  1. Commit to Depth Over Breadth: Pick one project, vision, or goal and commit to following through with it before starting something new.
  2. Eliminate One Source of Unhealthy Validation: Identify one place where you are seeking external validation over God’s voice. Let it go.
  3. Invest in One Key Relationship: Find one person to mentor, disciple, or pour into this month. Use your influence for Kingdom impact, not just personal success.

Final Thoughts

This is your month to step into your superhero life while recognizing your kryptonite. God has designed you for more than just being seen—He’s designed you to move people toward Him.

I believe in you. And I’m excited to see how you step into this month’s challenge.

Dear [profilegrid_user_first_name],

This month, we are diving deep into an incredibly powerful theme—”YOUR SUPER HERO LIFE + KRYPTONITE.”

As a SOLUTIONARY, you were designed to solve problems. To fix what is broken. To bring order to chaos. You see opportunities where others see obstacles. You don’t just dream—you build. You don’t just talk about change—you create it.

This is your superpower. And it is a rare and incredible gift.

But here’s the challenge: Every superhero has their kryptonite.

For you? The very mind that makes you brilliant can also become a prison.

  • Your ability to think strategically can turn into overthinking, delaying action.
  • Your passion for excellence can turn into perfectionism that stops progress.
  • Your desire to find solutions can make you impatient when others don’t see things as clearly as you do.
  • Your gift for logic can sometimes overshadow your faith in God’s bigger plan.

This month, we are not just celebrating your strengths—we’re also confronting your vulnerabilities. Because when you understand both, you become unstoppable in your God-given purpose.

Let’s get into it.

The Call to Build, Solve, and Create

You are wired for solutions. When others see obstacles, you see blueprints, strategies, and pathways forward. Your ability to think through problems, troubleshoot issues, and create practical solutions is a direct reflection of how God designed you.

You were made to bring order to chaos. You don’t just observe problems—you fix them. You don’t just talk about ideas—you create blueprints that make them reality.

This gift is powerful because God Himself is the ultimate Solutionary.

  • He created the universe with order and intention (Genesis 1).
  • He gave Noah a precise strategy to build the ark (Genesis 6:14-22).
  • He gave Joseph a plan to save an entire nation from famine (Genesis 41:33-36).
  • He guided Nehemiah to rebuild a city that was left in ruins (Nehemiah 2-6).

Your ability to see patterns, recognize inefficiencies, and improve systems is not an accident. It’s part of your divine design.

But here’s what you have to understand…

The Double-Edged Sword of Intelligence and Strategy

Your mind is your greatest tool, but it can also be your greatest limitation.

Because you think deeply, process information quickly, and see solutions others don’t, you can fall into the trap of relying too much on your own understanding.

  • You trust logic over revelation.
  • You analyze instead of surrender.
  • You hesitate when something doesn’t “make sense.”

And here’s the problem—God’s ways are often beyond human logic.

Isaiah 55:8-9 says,
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

This means that sometimes God will give you a strategy that defies reason.

Look at Joshua:

  • God didn’t tell him to develop a military strategy to take Jericho.
  • He didn’t instruct him to create a well-calculated battle plan.
  • Instead, He told him to march around the city for seven days and then shout (Joshua 6).

To a SOLUTIONARY, this makes no sense at all. It’s inefficient. It lacks logic. It’s not “smart.”

But obedience was the key to victory.

So here’s the real question: What do you do when God’s direction doesn’t fit your logic?

The Tension Between Faith and Strategy

As a SOLUTIONARY, you are wired to solve problems. You take pride in coming up with answers, figuring things out, and making things work.

But here’s what you must guard against: trusting your intellect more than God’s wisdom.

Look at Daniel.

  • He was one of the most brilliant minds in history.
  • He advised kings, interpreted dreams, and created systems that governed entire empires.
  • But his greatest strength was not his intelligence—it was his faith.

When Nebuchadnezzar demanded an interpretation for his dream (Daniel 2), Daniel didn’t immediately start analyzing the situation.

He prayed first.

  • He didn’t rely on his own knowledge.
  • He didn’t try to figure it out through research.
  • He sought divine wisdom first.

And because of that, he received supernatural revelation that no human mind could have discovered on its own.

So my challenge for you this month is this: Where are you trusting in your own understanding instead of seeking God’s wisdom first?

When Strategy Becomes a Crutch

As a SOLUTIONARY, you naturally want to plan everything. You feel secure when you have:

  • A clear roadmap
  • Well-defined action steps
  • A logical process for execution

But here’s what happens…

  • You delay action if you don’t feel “ready.”
  • You resist taking risks that seem too uncertain.
  • You overthink instead of move.

The need to “figure it all out” can become a crutch.

God doesn’t always give us the whole plan upfront. Sometimes, He only gives the first step.

  • Abraham was told to “go to the land I will show you”—but God didn’t tell him where it was (Genesis 12:1).
  • Peter was called to step out of the boat before he saw whether the water would hold him (Matthew 14:28-29).
  • The Israelites were instructed to step into the Jordan River before God parted the waters (Joshua 3:13-17).

In every case, the breakthrough only came after obedience—not before.

So ask yourself:

Are you waiting for clarity when God is waiting for obedience?

The Kingdom Perspective on Solutions

God does not want to take away your ability to think, strategize, and problem-solve. He gave it to you for a reason.

But He does want to refine how you use it.

Here’s what surrendered wisdom looks like:

  • You still think deeply, but you invite God into the process.
  • You still plan, but you leave room for divine interruptions.
  • You still create solutions, but you trust when God asks you to take a step that doesn’t “make sense.”

When your mind is fully surrendered to God, you become unstoppable.

  • Joseph’s strategic mind saved nations—but his wisdom came from God.
  • Nehemiah rebuilt a city—but his success was because he prayed at every step.
  • Paul structured the early church—but his direction was guided by the Holy Spirit.

Your brilliance is only as powerful as your alignment with God.

Key Takeaways for You as a SOLUTIONARY

  1. Your ability to solve problems is a Kingdom gift—when it is submitted to God’s wisdom.
  2. Your greatest breakthroughs will come when you trust faith over logic.
  3. Your plans are valuable, but God’s strategy is always greater.
  4. Your intelligence must be guided by the Holy Spirit, not just human understanding.
  5. Your best solutions will come when you pray first, plan second.

If everything I just said doesn’t fully resonate with you, that’s okay. No one is just one type. You are a perfect blend of all four types, uniquely designed by God to operate in a specific way.

But if even a part of this challenges you, excites you, or makes you pause and reflect, lean into it.

Your mind was designed to create, build, and bring solutions that make a Kingdom impact.

But your greatest solutions will come when your intellect is submitted to the wisdom of God.

So my question for you this month is:

Are you trusting your strategy more than God’s leading?

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT THIS MONTH

Your Superpowers

  • You see solutions before others even recognize problems.
  • You bring clarity, order, and innovation.
  • You create systems that serve the bigger vision.

Your Kryptonite

  • Are you overthinking and delaying action?
  • Are you more focused on perfection than progress?
  • Are you relying on human wisdom instead of spiritual discernment?

This month, reflect on where your problem-solving nature needs to be surrendered to God’s bigger plan.

QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER AND THOUGHTS TO PONDER

Two Questions to Reflect On:

  1. Am I trusting my intellect over God’s wisdom?
  2. Where am I waiting for the perfect plan instead of stepping out in faith?

Two Motivational Statements:

  • “Your mind is a gift, but it must be surrendered to the One who gave it.”
  • “God doesn’t need perfection—He needs obedience.”

ACTION STEPS FOR THE MONTH

  1. Make a Decision Without Overthinking: Choose one decision this month and commit to making a move instead of waiting for perfection.
  2. Seek God’s Wisdom First: Instead of just strategizing, spend intentional time in prayer before making major decisions.
  3. Empower Others to Contribute: Let someone else help solve a problem instead of taking on everything yourself.

This is your month to step into your superhero life while recognizing your kryptonite. God has designed you for more than just building solutions—He’s designed you to trust Him as you build.

I believe in you. And I’m excited to see how you step into this month’s challenge.

Dear [profilegrid_user_first_name],

This month, we are diving into a powerful and deeply personal theme—“YOUR SUPER HERO LIFE + KRYPTONITE.” And let me tell you, this is a big one.

As a STABILIZER, you are the anchor, the steady foundation, the one who brings order and peace in a world that feels chaotic. You are the person people turn to when things get hard because they know you’ll be there. You show up. You remain. You don’t let the storm shake you.

This is your superpower. And it is a rare and incredible gift.

But here’s the challenge: Every superhero has their kryptonite.

And for you? Your greatest strength can also be your greatest weakness. If you’re not careful, your deep desire for stability can turn into avoidance of change. Your commitment to others can turn into an unhealthy weight of responsibility. Your peacekeeping nature can make you hesitant to engage in necessary conflict.

This month, we are not just celebrating your strengths—we’re also confronting your vulnerabilities. Because when you understand both, you become unstoppable in your God-given purpose.

Let’s get into it.

The Call to Be a Steady Anchor in a Shifting World

You were designed to bring stability, peace, and consistency to a world that is constantly shifting. When others feel anxious, you remain calm and grounded. When chaos erupts, you bring order and steadiness.

This is not by accident—God designed you this way.

Look at how God Himself is the ultimate Stabilizer:

  • He is a firm foundation when everything else is unstable (Psalm 18:2).
  • He remains constant, even when the world is unpredictable (Malachi 3:6).
  • He provides peace in the midst of the storm (Psalm 46:1, Isaiah 9:6).

Your ability to remain steady, to be the one people rely on, to bring peace and order—is a direct reflection of God’s nature.

This is why people are drawn to you. You create a sense of safety, structure, and dependability in a world that feels overwhelming.

The Double-Edged Sword of Stability

Your ability to remain steady is your superpower—but it can also become your kryptonite.

Because you bring order and peace, you can sometimes resist change—even when God is calling you into a new season.

Because you value consistency, you might hesitate when God is leading you somewhere unfamiliar.

Because you desire to keep things balanced, you may hold onto relationships, routines, or roles that God is asking you to release.

Your stabilizing nature must be paired with trust in God’s movement. Otherwise, what was once your strength can become a limitation.

The Difference Between Stability and Stagnation

God is stable, but He is not stagnant.

He is a rock, but He is also a river. He is unchanging, but He is always moving.

This is where many Stabilizers struggle. The temptation is to choose comfort over calling, predictability over growth, and familiarity over obedience.

Let’s look at Joseph.

  • He was faithful, steady, and reliable—but God didn’t leave him in one place.
  • He was forced into massive change—betrayed by his brothers, sold into slavery, thrown into prison.
  • Every time his circumstances shifted, he remained steadfast—but he also adapted.

If Joseph had clung to comfort instead of growth, he never would have fulfilled his destiny.

Imagine if he had resisted the change. If he had refused to lead in Pharaoh’s court because it was unfamiliar.

Sometimes, God’s next season requires you to step into discomfort.

So my challenge for you is this: Where are you holding onto the familiar when God is calling you into something new?

When Stability Becomes a Barrier to Growth

As a Stabilizer, you naturally:

  • Seek consistency and order in your life.
  • Desire to maintain peace in relationships.
  • Feel a sense of security in routines and structure.

But here’s where this can become a spiritual roadblock.

  • You may resist change—even when God is the one initiating it.
  • You may avoid conflict—even when a hard conversation is necessary.
  • You may fear stepping into the unknown—even when obedience requires risk.

Look at Abraham.

  • He was living a stable, predictable life in his homeland.
  • But God said, “Go to the land I will show you” (Genesis 12:1).
  • Abraham had to leave behind everything familiar—his home, his security, his comfort—to step into his calling.

This is your challenge:

When God asks you to step out of your comfort zone, will you trust Him?

The Kingdom Perspective on Stability

God does not want to take away your gift of steadiness, reliability, or peace-making.

But He does want to refine how you use it.

Here’s what surrendered stability looks like:

  • You still bring order, but you allow God to lead—even when it disrupts your plans.
  • You still create peace, but you don’t avoid growth just to maintain comfort.
  • You still value structure, but you leave room for the Holy Spirit to move.

When your stability is fully aligned with God, you become unstoppable.

  • Noah built the ark—steadily and faithfully—but he had to step into the unknown.
  • Moses led the Israelites—but he had to embrace seasons of change.
  • Ruth remained loyal—but she also had to leave behind what was familiar.

Your ability to remain steady in the midst of transition is what makes you powerful.

Key Takeaways for You as a STABILIZER

  1. Your ability to bring peace and order is a Kingdom gift—when it is paired with trust in God’s movement.
  2. Your greatest breakthroughs will come when you embrace change, not resist it.
  3. Your stability should create strength, not stagnation.
  4. Your desire for consistency must be balanced with faith in God’s direction.
  5. Your greatest security is not in your routine—it is in God’s plan.

If everything I just said doesn’t fully resonate with you, that’s okay. No one is just one type. You are a perfect blend of all four types, uniquely designed by God to operate in a specific way.

But if even a part of this challenges you, excites you, or makes you pause and reflect, lean into it.

You were designed to bring peace, stability, and order to the world.

But don’t let your love for stability keep you from stepping into what God has next.

So my question for you this month is:

Where is God asking you to trust Him more than your comfort?

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT THIS MONTH

Your Superpowers

  • You are the calm in the storm—people trust you because you are steady.
  • You carry the weight for others—but be careful not to carry what God hasn’t asked you to.
  • You are a peacemaker—but don’t mistake keeping peace for avoiding truth.

Your Kryptonite

  • Are you avoiding a change that God is calling you into?
  • Are you carrying burdens that aren’t yours to carry?
  • Are you mistaking control for trust?

This month, reflect on where stability has become stagnation.

QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER AND THOUGHTS TO PONDER

Two Questions to Reflect On:

  1. Where in my life am I choosing comfort over calling?
  2. What area of my life is God asking me to trust Him with more deeply?

Two Motivational Statements:

  • “You were created to be a firm foundation, but even foundations must be built upon to support more.”
  • “God is not calling you to let go of stability—He is calling you to trust Him in the movement.”

ACTION STEPS FOR THE MONTH

  1. Step Into One Uncomfortable Change: Identify one area where you have been resisting change. Take one intentional step forward.
  2. Release One Unnecessary Burden: Pray and ask God to show you one thing you are carrying that is not yours to hold. Release it to Him.
  3. Have One Necessary Conversation: If there’s a conversation you’ve been avoiding to “keep the peace,” commit to addressing it with grace and truth.

This is your month to step into your superhero life while recognizing your kryptonite. God has designed you for more than just holding things together—He’s designed you to move with Him.

I believe in you. And I’m excited to see how you step into this month’s challenge.
